Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a body-based technique I use to help release trauma imprints, reduce anxiety, regulate stress responses, and support pain management. By combining conscious focus with specific tapping points, we reduce the emotional and physiological intensity attached to difficult memories, fears, or physical discomfort. This approach helps adjust the nervous system, interrupt long-standing reactive patterns, and restore stability. It is particularly complimentary to dealing with stored emotions.
Manifesting From Freedom
Move beyond effort and control into grounded, sustainable creation. This work focuses on detachment, clarity, language awareness, and maintaining alignment after results begin to appear.
Mind Work and Ego Awareness.
You will gain clarity on how your ego operates and how subconscious patterns influence your reactions. I will teach you how to observe thought without being ruled by it. This work replaces automatic survival patterns with conscious response.
Shadow Integration.
This is where I will walk with you, as you face your shadows. We do not bypass discomfort. I guide you through confronting suppressed emotions, past wounds, and recurring behavioural patterns. This is structured and intentional. The goal is integration, not indulgence in pain. You are safe always.
Presence and Mindful Living.
Expect to slow down. I will train your awareness so you can operate from the present moment rather than mental noise. Creation and change happen in the now. This pillar strengthens that muscle.
Self-love Discovery.
When we work together, we begin at the root. I will challenge and support you in rebuilding your relationship with yourself. Expect honest reflection, deep questioning, and practical exercises that strengthen self-worth. Transformation without self-love collapses under pressure. I ensure your growth is built on stability, not self-criticism.
Gratitude & Love
Embodiment.
You will learn how to shift your emotional state deliberately. I guide you in embodying gratitude and love not as surface positivity, but as stabilising forces that alter perception and behaviour. This is about training your nervous system and attention to operate from expansion rather than lack.
Faith and Internal Knowing Construct.
I will help you cultivate grounded trust in your direction, even when external evidence is limited. Expect conversations around surrender, higher perspective, and releasing control. Faith here is not passive. It becomes a disciplined orientation toward life.
Frequency and Emotional Alignment.
When we work together, I help you identify the emotional states and internal narratives that consistently shape your outcomes. Frequency, in practical terms, is the combination of your dominant thoughts, feelings, expectations, and behaviours. We examine what you are repeatedly transmitting through attention and language, and whether it aligns with the life you say you want.
Becoming the Messenger.
If you feel called to lead, create, or guide others, I support you in stepping into that role with integrity. Expression becomes aligned rather than performative. You learn to speak from knowing, not insecurity.
